What was done, can come back and be better. "Off-the-Shoulder" in women's fashion was never supposed to look like what was handed down from your older sister that she wore in college and by the way she is now 37 years old. Off-the-Shoulder was always designed to be subtle, more like a "peek" into femininity.
Zara Fall/Winter 2019 collection has done it right. Lightweight, slightly fitted design using tucks at the waist and shoulder and Batwing sleeves to complete the 1940's look. Fantastic with a pencil skirt by day and your best black dressy jeans and heeled sandals by night.
