Japanese retailer UNIQLO has great down filled clothing and their vest is the best bang for the buck in 12 colors and 7 sizes from XXS to XXL. These work beautifully under a blazer or over a sweater, light-weight and easy to wear. They also pack small so it will actually fit in a stocking.
